Equipping Leaders for Unreached People Groups: Our cross-cultural training centers are designed to equip leaders to effectively engage with Animist, Muslim, and Tibetan Unreached People Groups (UPGs). We're building infrastructure to support multiple UUPG/UPG groups.
Strategic Locations for Maximum Impact: We have established centers in strategic regional locations, targeting Southeast Asians, South Asians, Central Asians, Middle Easterners, and Africans. Our training emphasizes language learning, entry strategies, and internships that can lead to the formation of new teams or the deployment of workers to existing teams.

Assessing and Equipping Missionary Candidates: We assess missionary candidates, train new workers, and mentor cross-cultural workers. We provide funding for projects related to evangelism, scripture distribution and translations, church planting, and leadership development.
Caring for Workers and Their Families: We offer member care, crisis management, and consultancy services for TCK and expat insurance, ensuring that workers are well-supported and cared for.

Rest and Renewal for Leaders: Our Soul Care Retreats provide a haven for house church leaders and missionaries to rest, reflect, and recharge. We partner with organizations to host these retreats in visa-free countries.
Investing in Leader Well-Being: By investing in the well-being of these leaders, we can help them maintain their physical, emotional, and spiritual health, ultimately enabling them to continue their vital work with renewed passion and purpose.

Empowering Youth Evangelism: Through strategically designed youth camps, we reach young people in both open and closed countries across Asia, creating safe and transformative spaces where they can hear the Gospel, experience discipleship, and grow in their faith despite challenging circumstances.
Raising the Next Generation of Ministry Leaders: Our youth camps within HC networks inspire and equip young believers to explore God’s calling in their lives. These gatherings provide mentorship, biblical training, and encouragement, empowering them to become future leaders who will advance the Gospel in their communities—even in the face of opposition.
Church Partnerships & Volunteer Engagement: We invite churches to partner with us in this mission by sending teams to serve at youth camps. Whether through teaching, mentoring, or logistical support, volunteers play a crucial role in equipping and encouraging young believers in their faith journey.

Empowering Families in Faith: We focus on discipleship within our networks across Asia, recognizing the potential for both national and international impact. Our approach includes counseling for non-believers, as well as coaching and training for family ministry leaders.
Equipping Leaders for Impact: For those who have fully engaged with our model, we offer micro-enterprise consultation and seminary training to equip for evangelism, discipleship, and church planting.

Strategic Education for Next-Generation Leaders: We provide strategic and theological education to next-generation leaders both through online trainings and in-person opportunities throughout several Asian countries.
Empowering Leaders through Digital Platforms: By leveraging digital platforms, we empower leaders to impact their communities. We collaborate with app providers to expand our reach and offer around-the-clock counseling opportunities for seekers.

Sustainable development for church planters: Our micro-business support allows for church planters working under heavy persecution or scrutiny engage on a community level with a business that ensures their presence and ability to minister.
Reducing dependency and multiplies engagement: Coaching and support by BAM (Business as Missions) leaders/sponsors and with the guidance of the missionary will help ensure sustainability with the right ethics and values the supports further engagement of church planting amongst target peoples.
